Iran's Zarif lays out four-point plan to solve Yemen conflict

MADRID (Reuters) - Iran's foreign minister laid out a four-point plan to resolve the conflict in Yemen on Tuesday, reaffirming his opposition to Saudi-led air strikes against a rebel force allied to Tehran.
