Italy votes for president after Renzi shrugs off Berlusconi

ROME (Reuters) - Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi's choice of a senior judge as his presidential candidate appears to have unified his fractious party, but it may spell an end to a reform pact sealed with rival Silvio Berlusconi.
