Guinea president announces new emergency measures in Ebola fight

CONAKRY (Reuters) - Guinea's President Alpha Conde announced on Saturday new emergency measures enabling authorities to restrict movements in western Guinea where Ebola transmission continues a year after the epidemic was declared.
