Kerry in Kiev amid calls to arm Ukraine

KIEV (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in snowbound Kiev on Thursday amid calls for Washington to begin arming Ukraine to battle Russian-backed separatists advancing in the east.
