Hungary PM Orban's Fidesz loses by-election

BUDAPEST (Reuters) - Hungary's ruling Fidesz-KDNP party alliance lost its two-thirds majority in parliament after it lost a by-election in the town of Veszprem on Sunday, according to results posted on the National Election Office's website.
