Caracas mayor to appeal 'unfounded' charges, lawyer says

CARACAS (Reuters) - The mayor of Venezuela's capital Caracas will fight charges of plotting violence against the socialist government, his lawyer said on Saturday, denouncing the accusations as baseless.
