Russia regrets Ukraine's move to rotate troops in east

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian is concerned that a rotation by Kiev of frontline forces in eastern Ukraine could undermine peace efforts, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday.
