Former Swiss banker found guilty in WikiLeaks trial, avoids jail

ZURICH (Reuters) - A former Julius Baer banker was found guilty on Monday of breaching Swiss banking secrecy laws by handing over data about offshore clients to WikiLeaks, but will avoid jail time.
