Russia's Lavrov says Moscow concerned by German leaders

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia is concerned by the behavior of German leaders and Europe may suffer if Berlin stops playing a constructive role in relations between Moscow and the West, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday.
