Afghan spy chief laments intelligence vacuum as foreign troops leave

KABUL (Reuters) - The departure of most foreign troops from Afghanistan has left an intelligence-gathering vacuum that facilitates Taliban attacks, the head of the Afghan spy agency said on Wednesday.
