Germany's Merkel deals blow to UK on EU migration reform: Sunday Times

LONDON (Reuters) - German leader Angela Merkel has said she will not back restrictions on the freedom of workers to move around the European Union, potentially derailing plans of British Prime Minister David Cameron, a newspaper reported.
