Gunfire heard in Lesotho, diplomats report apparent coup attempt

MASERU (Reuters) - Military units in Lesotho surrounded government and police buildings and gunfire was heard in the small mountainous southern African kingdom on Saturday, in what diplomats said appeared to be an attempted coup.
