Exclusive: Canada in talks to provide its own Ebola vaccine in Africa

WINNIPEG Manitoba (Reuters) - The Canadian government is in talks with the World Health Organization and the United States about possibly providing its Ebola vaccine for use in Africa, a senior Canadian health official said on Tuesday.
