Spain urges more cooperation with South to tackle attacks, migration

BARCELONA (Reuters) - Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy called on Monday for stepped-up cooperation between Europe, North Africa and the Middle East to confront illegal immigration and what he called "terrorist barbarism".
