Italy's Padoan says Europe needs to be bolder in boosting investment

ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Europe needs to be bolder in boosting investment and needs to take policy steps that encourage private sector spending particularly in infrastructure, Italian Economy Minister Pier Carlo Padoan said on Monday.
