EU backs call for truce in eastern Ukrainian town

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The EU's foreign policy chief threw her support on Wednesday behind a call for a temporary truce in the eastern Ukrainian town of Debaltseve to allow for the evacuation of civilians.
