U.N. staff member kidnapped in Central African Republic: U.N. spokesman

BANGUI (Reuters) - Armed men in the capital of Central African Republic kidnapped a staff member with the U.N. peacekeeping mission MINUSCA on Tuesday, a spokesman for the mission told Reuters.
