ABC News: President Obama Vows to Veto New Iran Sanctions

WNU Editor: President Obama wants a few more months to see where negotiations with Iran will go .... I expect Congress will give him the time that he needs (albeit reluctantly). But he (and Iran) are now on notice, and if these talks fail in the coming months, President Obama and his allies will be in a difficult political situation to say no to additional sanctions. In short .... the political pressure for results is now on.

Update #1: Some Democrat senators are not happy with this delay .... Obama-Menendez dispute shows Dem Iran rift (CNN) .... and by the looks of it .... there are enough Republican and Democrat senators to over-ride his veto.

Update #2: This is not reassuring .... Obama Says Chances of Diplomatic Iran Nuclear Deal Less Than 50% (Sputnik).
