Merkel to give little ground to Cameron over EU reform on visit

LONDON (Reuters) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel will give little ground on Wednesday as British Prime Minister David Cameron seeks her help in curbing EU migration, insisting that free movement of workers is crucial to the bloc.
