Haiti announces new government, cabinet to be sworn in Monday

PORT-AU-PRINCE (Reuters) - Haiti's president, Michel Martelly, announced the formation of a new government via Facebook late Sunday, with cabinet ministers to be sworn in on Monday afternoon.
