EU's Juncker says South Stream pipeline can still be built

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The South Stream gas pipeline can still go ahead despite Russia saying it had scrapped the $40 billion project to supply gas to Europe, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said on Thursday.
