Belarus' Lukashenko appoints chief of staff as new prime minister

MINSK (Reuters) - Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko has appointed Andrey Kobyakov, his chief of staff, as the new prime minister, dismissing the previous prime minister, central bank head and some other ministers, the presidential press service said.
