My Comment: Russian media is blaming the Islamic State for today's attack .... Islamic State Suspected in Chechnya Terrorist Attack (Moscow Times). I say wait until the investigation is over .... Russia Launches Criminal Probe Into Terrorist Attack in Chechnya (Sputnik). Earlier reports mentioned that Moscow had ordered the closure of all civilian flights in its airspace .... but according to Flight Aware , there are flights entering and leaving Moscow right now. My prediction on what is next is "more of the same" .... a heavier security presence (for a certain period of time), more military ops in the Caucasus against suspected Islamic militant groups, and a bigger budget for the FSB (Russia's Security Federal Service ).
