Embattled Somali PM tells ministers to resign if they are unhappy

MOGADISHU (Reuters) - Somalia's prime minister told cabinet ministers on Monday to resign if they are unhappy, intensifying a dispute which has stymied efforts to rebuild the country after decades of war.
