Ukraine ceasefire must be observed: Lavrov tells Kerry

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in a phone conversation on Friday that strict observance of conditions for a peace plan between Ukrainian forces and pro-Russian rebels must be maintained.
