Lavrov says Russia to recognize rebel vote in east Ukraine

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Moscow would recognize elections organized by pro-Russian separatists in east Ukraine on Nov. 2 despite opposition from Kiev.
