Venezuela taps Chavez' cousin to replace Ramirez at Oil Ministry

CARACAS (Reuters) - Venezuela's President Nicolas Maduro on Tuesday named Asdrubal Chavez, cousin of the late president Hugo Chavez, to replace Rafael Ramirez as the new oil and mining minister.
