Swedish Social Democrat leader sees support for budget, to proceed with government

STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - Swedish Social Democrat leader Stefan Lofven said on Friday he expected to gain enough support to pass a budget bill in parliament and that he would proceed with efforts to form a minority coalition government with the Greens, backed by the Left Party.
